Why can't I change my registration?

Once registered, changing your registration in the system is as easy as logging into the dashboard and selecting Update Registration from the card. 

However if this option isn't visible when you login, there are two possibilites:

  • You are logging in a different email address to the one you provided
  • Registration is now closed

Incorrect email address

Check your registration receipt email and confirm which email address you used to register. Use this email address to login with and update your record.

Registration is closed

If you try to update after the registration deadline you'll see the below card on your dashboard explaining that registration is closed. You can contact the conference organisers who may able to update your registration.
