Reviewer Pack Guide

This guide is for reviewers, illustrating how to download the papers that have been assigned to you for reviewing. This feature is useful if you do not have access to the internet and still wish to review the material or you simply feel more comfortable reading large amounts of text away from the computer screen.

NB: You still need to access the system and enter your scores online in order to complete the review. We have an article here outlining the steps.

Step 1) Click on the prompt

Click on the Download Reviewer Pack prompt from the card on your dashboard. 

Step 2) Confirm the download

The following message will pop up, and you just need to confirm that you wish to download this file: 

Step 3) Download the file

Once the file is ready to be downloaded, just click to download. The reviewer pack will be downloaded straight to your browser (you will also receive an email copy):

You will first download a zipped folder which you will have to open and extract. In the open folder you will see a PDF file called README and a list of sub-folders. Each sub-folder has the ID and name of a submission to review. 

You can open each folder and access the relevant PDF of the submission in question for you to read.

The README PDF guide will advise you how to use your reviewer pack and display the marking scheme for your reference as you read the submission material.
