Contacting a delegate directly

The Registration system will allow you to get in touch with your delegates individually. 

Email delegate individually

In the top right corner from your Registrations list you can search by delegate name or Ref number:

When you've found the person you would like to get in touch with click on their name to expand the view. In this expended view you will see all registration details as well an option to Email Delegate:

The Communication hub will open up and in Step 2, you can compose your email. If you have any questions about sending an email you can read our article  here.
