Adding Stage Managers to Ex Ordo Virtual
The Stage Manager role gives people the ability to start a live stage or rehearsal in Ex Ordo. Once the Stage Manager has started their particular stage or rehearsal, they then manage that event for the duration of their shift.
The following article will guide you through the process of adding your Stage Managers to Ex Ordo Virtual.
Once you’ve added your Stage Managers, please send an email to support@exordo.com with a list of your Stage Managers, so that we can add them to our Webex account.
Step 1) Navigate to Stages
To add your Stage Managers, log in, navigate to the 'Virtual Builder' and to 'Stages'.
From here you have two different ways to get to the area where you can add your Stage Managers.
Step 2) Navigate to Stage Managers Page
Click on either “Quick Add” and then “Add a Stage Manager”, or simply click on “Stage Manager”.
Step 3) Add a Stage Manager
On the Stage Manager page, click on 'Add a Stage Manager'.
Enter their email address, first and last name and click “done” to complete the action.
They are now added as a Stage Manager to your conference.
Step 4) Email Ex Ordo Support
Once you’ve added your Stage Managers, please send an email to support@exordo.com with a list of your Stage Managers (including first name, last name and email address). We will then add them to our Webex account.
How to Edit, Message & Delete Stage Managers
You can edit your Stage Manager’s details at any point by clicking on the “edit” button.
To delete a Stage Manager, simply click on the delete button.
Note: You can’t delete a Stage Manager once they’ve been assigned to a stage. You need to first remove them from the stage, then you can delete them.
You can also email them individually, by clicking on “Message”.
