Adding options for social events
Social events are part of your registration form along with registration fees and workshops. If your registration is still in test mode you can set up your social events from your Overview page. Scroll down to Registration Form window and select Edit Form Contents:
If your registration is already live you can reach registration form by selecting Manage in the top right corner and then Registration Form:
To edit, rename, set up the price, manage limits or disable specific social event click on one of the predefined options that are already showing on the list:
When you click on the social event from the list a pop-up screen will appear with a couple of options. From here you can:
- Edit your social event name and its description.
- Select Edit to set up the price and limit per ticket type or Disable/Remove ticket completely.
- Add overall ticket limit.
- Disable Social Events completely.
If you would like to change the price and set up a limit per ticket select Edit on the ticket in question. A new screen will appear for this ticket only and you can now make your edits:
If you would like, you can add a completely new Social Event at any time:
When adding your Social Events, you can also add custom questions that delegates will answer when completing the Social event step. So if you need to know anything of them that the system doesn't automatically ask and that pertains somewhat to your social vents, select + Add Question.
The new pop up screen will appear and you will see a couple of options as below. All custom questions you can add in here are the same as in the Submission part of the system. You can add a question label and make this question optional or required. The question will then appear in the Social event step underneath your fees.
