Contacting my review group chairs

As a conference chair you have an overview to all activities and people in the system. You can contact your review group chairs any time through our Communication hub.

Step 1) Access the Communication hub

Click on the Communication hub from the dashboard.

Step 2) Choose review group chairs

You will then have an option to contact only your review groups chairs. Click Next when you've selected the filter in this step.

Step 3)  Filter the review group chairs

Here you can filter and decide which review group chair should receive your email depending on the status of their review group. The system will show you the list of your recipients:

Step 4) Compose email and send

Over the last few steps, you can write, preview and send the email to your review group chairs. We have a guide  here about using the communication centre.
