Changing my registration

If you are a delegate and would like to update or change your registration, you can do this if allowed by the conference organizers.

Step 1) Login to the system

Login to the system and from your card, access your registration record by following the prompt from the card on your dashboard.

Once you click it, you will be redirected to our registration site. Here you will see a preview of the last registration receipt, with a summary of the fees you've chosen. 

Step 2) Update your registration

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Update Registration button, where you will be able to modify your registration fee, social activities, accompanying persons fee or workshops.

Step 3) Update your additional details 

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Update Additional Details button, where you will be able to change a badge name, update special requirements, or change billing details.

When you are happy with the changes, you can then Email Receipt to yourself with the updated information.
