Assigning presentations to sessions
After you have created sessions (You can learn more about this here), you will want to allocate submissions. Ex Ordo allows you to sort and filter the different types of submissions by acceptance format and topic. When you log into the Programme scheduler, you can go to Assign Presentations to view the accepted submissions which you can assign to sessions you previously built.
On this page you will see a list of accepted submissions, with the lead presenter, the format that each submission was accepted for, and the topics it was submitted for.
The drop-down option beside each submission allows you to select the session to assign it to. You don't have to click on any Save button since your presentations will be assigned to a session automatically. You can use the two options at the top of the page to filter by topic and format.
